DELIVERY INFORMATION

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day delivery from Monday to Friday is possible if the order is placed before 2pm (or 11am for further away suburbs) in the recipients time zone. If your delivery is urgent, please call us on (07) 3809 0606 for up to the minute advice on delivery availability. 

FUNERAL DELIVERY

Please call before placing an order to ensure we can deliver your order in the timeframe needed. To ensure the order processed as smoothly as possible please supply the following information in the Special Delivery Instructions:

  • Full name of the deceased
  • Name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative will be needed.
  • Date and time of the funeral

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS / NURSING HOMES

For hospital/nursing home deliveries, please supply us with the recipients:

  • Full name
  • Ward name or number
  • Hospital name and address
  • Whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff

For hospital and nursing home deliveries, we recommend sending flowers and gifts that are already arranged in a container.  Please note:

  • Avoid sending bouquets as there are usually limited suitable vases available.
  • Avoid sending large arrangements as space is often restricted.
  • Some hospitals do not allow plants.
  • Some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive care or other special care units, please call the hospital to check.

We accept no responsibility for gifts accepted on behalf of the recipient if they are unavailable.

DELIVERY TO HOTELS / MOTELS

For deliveries to Hotels & Motels, please supply us with the recipients:

  • Hotel or Motel name and address
  • Room name or number
  • Whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff 

We accept no responsibility for gifts accepted on behalf of the recipient if they are unavailable.

DELIVERY POLICY WHEN THE RECIPIENT ISNT HOME TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT

Gifts dispatched to a residential address will have an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE order on it.  This means that if the courier deems it safe to do so, a gift can be left at a recipients address if they are not home.  This will only be acted upon if our couriers finds a safe, off street and out of weather location to leave the gift. We accept no responsibility if the flowers are damaged by extreme weather conditions or suffer from third party interference (via dogs, children or theft). If the driver deems it unsafe to leave the gift, a calling card will be placed in the recipients letterbox for them to call the us and arrange a more suitable delivery day/time. In this instance, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery fee.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please enter delivery details carefully. You must include ALL address details including full street number, street name, suburb and Business name if applicable. It is vital that you ensure you are providing the correct delivery address of your recipient. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please call us immediately so we can amend the address if the order has not been dispatched. If you provide an incorrect, yet legitimate address and your gift is successfully delivered, we can no longer recall the gift and will not be held responsible. If you decide to purchase another gift to the correct address, this will require you to purchase another gift and incur the full charge. 

PO BOXES

Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a complete residential or business address to avoid delays in delivery.

HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS AND LARGE INSTITUTIONS

We will make every effort to deliver your gift to hospitals, hotels and retirement residences, etc.  It is important to provide as much detail as possible, so that your gift reaches your recipient on time.  As a guide, include information such as:

  • The recipients full name
  • Institutions name
  • Department name, ward number, room number, etc.
  • Street Address
  • Phone Number/s
  • Please add any further details into the Special delivery instructions section such as whether the recipient is a patient, guest, resident, or employee, check in dates or Attn: reception or contact person, or any special instructions for entry to the premises if needed.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All deliveries leave our store after 11am unless previously arranged. Deliveries required before 11am will incur a priority delivery fee of $15, and must be arranged with us prior to placing your order. Specific delivery times will be noted but cannot be guaranteed. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific time, please contact us prior to completing your order. We will not accept responsibility for deliveries arriving after a specified time if no contact has been made. Delivery times and days will differ at peak times such as Valentines Day and Mothers Day.

Residential deliveries can be made from 7am-7pm Monday - Friday.

School deliveries can be made from 9am-3pm Monday - Friday.

Business deliveries can be made from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. The responsibility remains on the customer, to inform us of the recipients finish time if prior to times mentioned.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES TO THE SAME ADDRESS

Please contact us prior to placing your order as additional delivery charges may occur.

DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL

Liquor licensing states: In order to send alcohol, it must accompany flowers, plants or gifts.

Orders including alcohol, will NOT be left unattended when being delivered, a recipient MUST be on location to receive the order.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a person of 18 years or older will be present to receive the order. We will not deliver an order with alcohol to anyone under 18 years (if redelivery is required due to this, redelivery fees will apply).

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

We do not deliver on public holidays as we are closed.

SUNDAYS

We do not deliver on Sundays as we are closed.
