Complaints

All’s Rosy Florist acknowledges that on rare occasions mistakes may be made. While all care is taken in selecting the freshest flowers, flowers are a natural product and we are all human. Any dissatisfaction with our product must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

All’s Rosy Florist reserves the right to request a photo of the product to assist with quality control, team training and to reach the most satisfying resolution.

 

In all cases, if we replace your product, the original product must be available for return. In extreme situations, refunds will be offered if this is the most suitable course of action and is at the discretion of All’s Rosy Florist.

 

All’s Rosy Florist is not obligated under Consumer Law to refund due to change of mind. We do however understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be considered. All’s Rosy Florist reserves the right to offer a partial refund to cover the cost incurred to us such as flowers ordered and courier fees.
